Responsibilities

- Design and implement innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for emerging technology adoption in regulated industries
- Present innovation blueprints to stakeholders including investors, government bodies, and industry consortiums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for 2026 technology pipelines
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies with 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum systems, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent experience
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional presentation skills for communicating complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Futures Studies) preferred
