Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Initiative roadmap, aligning technical deliverables with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams across AI, engineering, and product development to deliver breakthrough innovations
- Secure strategic partnerships with industry leaders and research institutions
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, bioinformatics, decentralized systems)
- Develop and manage initiative budgets exceeding $50M with rigorous KPI tracking
- Present progress and strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Foster a culture of innovation through hackathons, R&D sprints, and talent development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in strategic initiative management
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or platforms
- Expertise in AI/ML, sustainability tech, or emerging digital transformation domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members while maintaining innovation velocity
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy publications
- Fluency in agile methodologies and enterprise-scale project management tools
