You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to deliver cutting-edge solutions that align with our aggressive 2026 goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and are passionate about architecting systems that last decades, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities

- Architect scalable microservices and cloud infrastructure that support future growth and regulatory compliance.
- Lead technical decision-making and mentor senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures with zero downtime.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
- Present technical roadmaps and progress reports to executive stakeholders and technical boards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure transformations or 'initiatives' similar to the 2026 program.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless technologies.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
