Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the 2026 business vision and market trends.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) to identify viable integration opportunities.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-generation technologies to ensure feasibility and ROI.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and industry shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
- Project Governance: Ensure all strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud, Web3).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
