Responsibilities
- Architect the long-term strategic vision for the company's product portfolio leading up to and through 2026.
- Conduct rigorous scenario planning and market analysis to identify disruptive opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between R&D, Marketing, and Executive leadership.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for future-growth initiatives.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to next-generation architectures.
- Present complex strategic data to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Operations, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of leading high-level strategic initiatives for a $100M+ organization.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, IoT) relevant to 2026.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience.
