Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, ensuring alignment with business goals 3-5 years into the future.
- AI & Automation Strategy: Identify and implement high-impact AI and machine learning solutions that will drive efficiency and innovation by 2026.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Continuously monitor global tech trends, including quantum computing, edge computing, and generative AI, to advise executive leadership.
- Legacy Modernization: Spearhead the transition from current legacy systems to next-generation architectures.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure technical feasibility of future product visions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical futures into clear, actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or senior engineering leadership roles.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven ability to forecast technology trends and build long-term strategic plans (3-5 years horizon).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical transformations and managing high-performance teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical executives and clients.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
