Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for the 2026 era.
- Define the technical vision for our proprietary neural networks, ensuring scalability and high-performance computing capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and ethicists to mitigate AI bias and ensure responsible deployment.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to future-proof cloud-native architectures using advanced containerization and edge computing.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic computing and Quantum-AI integration.
- Act as a thought leader in industry forums, contributing to the roadmap for sustainable and efficient AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in specialized AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Proven track record of designing scalable systems that handle millions of transactions with low latency.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, including Transformers, GANs, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and ethical AI principles.
