Responsibilities
- Architect and implement futuristic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML models, blockchain protocols, and quantum algorithms
- Drive R&D initiatives in generative AI, autonomous systems, and immersive AR/VR experiences
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategy with business objectives
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for emerging technology adoption
- Present innovations at industry conferences and secure intellectual property protection
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/IoT)
- Proven track record of launching production-ready futuristic systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences on future tech
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills
- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers in agile environments
