Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight roadmap for 2026-2030
- Analyze exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) and their business implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research labs and emerging tech startups
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future technology paradigms
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of 2026-era solutions
- Monitor global tech policy developments affecting future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption curves (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Published author in technology foresight or innovation strategy
