Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, and decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent experience
