- Conduct horizon-scanning research and produce strategic briefings for executive stakeholders
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs to pioneer next-gen technologies
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and KPIs
- Manage the innovation pipeline from ideation to MVP launch with $5M+ annual budget
- Present future-focused insights at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futurology, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong executive communication ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFS) or strategic innovation methodologies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
