Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight strategy aligned with company vision
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web4.0) with commercial viability
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and competitive landscape evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing emerging tech solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience leading high-stakes cross-functional projects in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leader in technology foresight (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Innovation, or related field
