Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough work)
- 5+ years in emerging tech research with 3+ publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural architecture search, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling lab innovations to commercial deployment
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Portfolio of 2020+ tech patents or open-source frameworks
