Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration into enterprise ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build frameworks for ethical tech governance in next-gen systems
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align organizational capabilities with future demands
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, futures research, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and public speaking
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEPLE analysis, Delphi method)
