Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping 2026+ tech adoption across healthcare, energy, and finance sectors
- Design quantum-AI hybrid frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into corporate roadmaps
- Author white papers and policy briefs on ethical tech governance and human-centric innovation
- Manage a $50M R&D portfolio for breakthrough technologies with 5+ year commercialization horizons
- Represent Innovatech at global tech summits including Davos and Web Summit
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of PhD researchers and startup founders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism with 10+ years of strategic tech experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or neural network optimization
- Proven track record scaling AI products to $100M+ ARR with 30% YoY growth
- Expertise in scenario planning using Monte Carlo simulations and Delphi methodologies
- Deep understanding of biotech-AI convergence (e.g., protein folding, synthetic biology)
- Certified in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000-2022 ethical AI frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Previous experience advising Fortune 100 CEOs on tech disruption strategies
