- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, and carbon-negative tech
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and integrate emerging startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 clients on future technology adoption
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technology impacts
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum startups to unicorn valuations
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO 21434, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating minimum three patented innovations
