Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, decentralized systems) with 2026 horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating technological disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for executive audiences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into compelling executive narratives
- Proficiency in quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade, @RISK) and qualitative research
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused strategies or trend forecasts
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite presentation experience
