Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive trends through 2026
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Establish proprietary trend-tracking frameworks using AI-powered predictive analytics
- Publish thought leadership on emerging technology paradigms and their business implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced scenario planning and strategic foresight techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing predictive models for complex systems
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
