Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technology trends through 2026 (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with future market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies and AI-driven analytics
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or frameworks
