Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based models for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership with actionable insights
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future technology or strategy publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Ability to translate complex concepts into executable business strategies
