Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-vision into product roadmaps
- Produce thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and their adoption curves
- Advolve stakeholders on emerging risks and opportunities in rapidly evolving markets
- Design innovation pipelines for next-generation customer experiences
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough opportunities at the intersection of industries
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Exceptional scenario modeling and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist or business strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing initiatives
