- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying paradigm shifts in consumer behavior and industry landscapes
- Architect innovation ecosystems bridging academia, startups, and Fortune 500 partners
- Translate complex future projections into executive-ready strategic frameworks and investment priorities
- Champion 'future-proofing' principles across R&D, product, and operations divisions
- Produce thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- 7+ years experience in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or futures consulting
- Mastery of horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into billion-dollar market opportunities
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex interdependencies
- Portfolio of published futures research or implemented strategic foresight projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) strongly preferred
