Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence and societal shifts through 2030
- Author horizon-scanning briefs on disruptive innovations in biotech, AI ethics, and space economics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align 2026 strategic priorities with emerging megatrends
- Design adaptive governance frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026-era challenges
- Cultivate a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating predictive accuracy for major technological inflection points
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Finland Futures Research Centre)
