Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop and present 5-year strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Facilitate innovation workshops with global R&D teams to prototype future scenarios
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and societal shifts affecting industry disruption
- Build predictive models for technology adoption and market evolution
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify breakthrough investment opportunities
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of forecasting tech disruptions (quantifiable outcomes)
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
