Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technology trends through 2030 with data-driven precision
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-digital convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof initiatives
- Quantify market disruption risks and opportunities across 15+ industry verticals
- Author executive briefings on future scenarios and competitive positioning
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments in exponential technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-oriented business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong network with global futurist and tech innovation communities
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
