- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision strategies
- Produce trend reports and competitive intelligence for executive decision-making
- Identify strategic partnerships and investment opportunities in emerging markets
- Mentor junior futurists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of forecasting trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
