Responsibilities

- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' mapping technological and societal trends
- Advise C-suite on long-term strategy and risk mitigation for 2026+ scenarios
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or research
