Responsibilities

- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for innovation adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Published author or speaker on emerging technologies (2020-2025)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFt) preferred
