- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Horizon Map identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Author quarterly Future Briefs with predictive analytics on emerging market opportunities
- Architect the company's 2026-2030 Innovation Roadmap with quantifiable milestones
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
- Present future-vision frameworks to stakeholders and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision frameworks
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
