Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align C-suite on future-proofing initiatives
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on sustainable innovation and human-AI collaboration
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley labs
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, CES, and other futurism forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial roadmaps
- Exceptional systems modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FP) preferred
