Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 3-5 year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce trend briefings and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present strategic foresight findings at industry conferences and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Global perspective on socioeconomic and geopolitical trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend mapping projects
