Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework with quarterly trend briefings
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech innovations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Produce forward-looking scenario analyses for market entry and product development
- Represent company vision at global tech summits and industry forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to C-suite audiences
- Deep understanding of global technology policy and ethical frameworks
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, APF) strongly preferred
