Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Establish innovation metrics to track adoption of emerging capabilities
- Build and lead a dedicated futurist task force
- Represent the company at global tech symposia and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, nanotech, climate tech)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and patent landscape analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex futures
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
