Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, social, and economic megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated market needs
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track cutting-edge developments
- Author thought leadership publications and internal foresight briefs for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex, interconnected variables
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (portfolio required)
