Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, identifying paradigm-shifting opportunities across 15+ emerging domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech specialists
- Architect ethical frameworks for exponential technologies, ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Manage $500K+ innovation budgets for prototype development and market validation
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and patent filings
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy mentorship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 7+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record of forecasting technological disruption with documented market impact (case studies required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technology assessment methodologies
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across at least three technology transformation cycles
