Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future outlooks or implemented strategic pivots
