You'll analyze emerging trends in quantum computing, biotechnology integration, and AI ethics while developing actionable frameworks for sustainable future growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging tech disruptions to business opportunities
- Produce annual 'Future Horizon' reports for executive leadership and investors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and innovation ecosystems
- Design ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
