Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global megatrends in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech to inform 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineers, designers, and policy experts
- Present quarterly trend briefings to C-suite executives and innovation boards
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable technological transitions
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design ethical frameworks for deploying advanced autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of AI governance, blockchain applications, and biotech ethics
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Experience with government or multinational technology policy initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or APF)
