- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build innovation pipelines with 3-5 year commercialization timelines
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into patentable IP and product roadmaps
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and future-focused symposiums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of 2026+ tech trajectories (quantum, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite to technical teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or unicorn environments
