As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technological predictions into actionable business strategies. Responsibilities
- Forecast technology trends and market disruptions through 2026 using predictive modeling and scenario analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision implementation
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports for executive board and investors
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups and research institutions shaping the future
- Advolve product development teams on future-proofing current architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Track record of translating future insights into successful commercial initiatives
