Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technologies, social shifts, and market trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and technology pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through data-driven modeling
- Advise leadership on disruptive threats and first-mover advantages in key sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
