As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across industries, deliver keynote presentations at global innovation forums, and author white papers that shape the discourse on tomorrow's opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technology, sociology, and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients facing disruption in automation, climate resilience, and digital transformation
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying 50+ high-impact future trends across sectors
- Design executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating sustainability, digital sovereignty, and human-centric design principles
- Represent the firm at Davos, CES, and other future-focused thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal megatrends
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation and disruption scenarios
- Portfolio of 3+ future strategy implementations with measurable ROI
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
