Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying macro-trends impacting 2026 business landscapes

- Produce annual Future State Index reports with predictive analytics
- Facilitate executive workshops on climate resilience and ethical tech deployment
- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps for autonomous systems integration
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize 2026-viable innovations
- Present findings to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Python)
