What you'll achieve:

- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Author white papers on future workforce automation paradigms
- Curate quarterly trend reports for investor and stakeholder briefings
Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum computing, AGI, bio-convergence) using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and market volatility
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify breakthrough innovation vectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Lead the development of Horizon Dynamics' annual Future State Index
- Maintain relationships with academic futurists and policy think tanks
- Manage a portfolio of emerging technology pilot programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Foresight
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation strategy, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends
- Experience with agile foresight frameworks and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
