Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 predictive models for climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging tech convergence points
- Produce white papers influencing G7 policy agendas on digital sovereignty
- Design exponential growth frameworks for Fortune 500 decarbonization initiatives
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' summit featuring 200+ global thought leaders
- Mentor PhD candidates in future studies through Horizon's incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- Published research in Nature Futures or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- 10+ years developing long-term strategic frameworks for multinationals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized 2020s-predictive innovations
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Top 1% percentile on Fermi problem-solving assessments
