Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, biometric interfaces, and climate-positive systems
- Lead foresight workshops with C-suite executives to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Coordinate global innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University partners
- Produce strategic white papers on post-singularity workforce transformation
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for prototyping 2026-viable technologies
- Represent company at Davos and World Economic Forums as future-tech thought leader
Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or equivalent industry experience (10+ years)
- Published work in Nature Futures or peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits)
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi method and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Fluency in at least two future programming languages (e.g., Quantum Python, Neuro-Symbolic)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-viable product launches or policy innovations
