Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/political trends to map 2026 industry disruptors
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing methodologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Advise C-suite on risk mitigation for exponential change scenarios
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of publishing futurist research or frameworks
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on strategic adaptation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complexity to stakeholders
