Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align 10-year strategic vision with current R&D priorities
- Produce trend reports and predictive briefings for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Represent FutureHorizon at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in trend analysis, strategic planning, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or human augmentation topics
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
