Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate innovation pipelines and accelerate product development cycles
- Present actionable trend analysis to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry influence
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, marketing, and design teams
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging market penetration and adoption curves
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and quantitative trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy platforms
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
