Responsibilities
- Forecast market trends and technological shifts through 2030 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption in Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author whitepapers on AI governance and quantum computing applications
- Advocate ethical tech frameworks at global industry forums
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major outlets
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning methodologies
